Minister for National Development Decree amending Minster for Economy and Transport Decree No 79/2005 of 11 October 2005 on safety requirements for hydrocarbon pipelines and the publication of safety regulations for hydrocarbon pipelines

The draft decree amends the safety regulations for hydrocarbon pipelines by making certain technical and safety requirements more stringent. In addition, the former quality system is replaced by the obligation to authorise the technical safety management system in accordance with § 24(3) of Act XLVIII of 1993 on mining.
