Amendment of Schedule 2 of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007. The amendments are required to introduce new recovery and recycling targets for paper, wood, steel and aluminium and overall recovery and recycling for the period 2018 to 2020.
