Draft decree by the Minister for Interior on the rules of carrying out the Counter-Terrorism Centre's operational rope technique activities

The draft regulates a special use of rope technique activity. The speciality is provided by the operational activities of the Counter-Terrorism Centre (hereinafter: ‘TEK’). Accordingly, in addition to traditional rope access operations and concepts, regulations and terms stemming from the organisation's character must also be defined. Therefore, the draft deals, among other things, with TEK’s basic obligations regarding safety at work, the rules of performing operational rope technique activities, and requirements regarding the use of equipment and personal protective equipment employed in the course of performing operational rope technique activities.
