Various provisions on the collection of waste and the exemption from the

ban on dumping waste, an obligation to renew permits in the field of
waste.

Decree of ....2017 amending certain decrees in the field of waste (waste collected separately, waste kept separately by collector and some other improvements and corrective measures)

This general administrative measure amends a number of decrees pertaining to waste. Chapter 1 of the explanatory memorandum provides a diagram summarising all the adopted amendments. The following amendments may contain a technical regulation:

- in the Decree on waste collection, the term ‘waste oil’ has been adapted. In addition, it has been decided that certain types of industrial waste and hazardous waste which are disposed of separately must also be collected separately. Lastly, some requirements pertaining to permit applications have been removed.

- In the Decree on environmental law, a renewal obligation has been introduced for permits insofar as required by an amendment to the national waste management plan.

- In the Decree on exemptions from the ban on dumping waste outside establishments, an exemption from the ban on dumping waste outside establishments has been added for fertilisers, as well as for construction and demolition waste in certain cases.

Mutual recognition does not apply in this case. These requirements concern waste collection, the adjustment of permit requirements to minimum quality standards for the processing and treatment of waste and exemptions from a ban on dumping waste. These are national processes applicable to collection or processing, irrespective of the origin of the products.
