The draft regulation determines the conditions, methods and procedures for measuring the emission of harmful substances into the air from stationary sources, the requirements for measuring instruments used for control measurements, continuous internal measurements and periodic internal measurements.

Draft Regulation amending Regulation No 6 of 26 March 1999 on the methods and procedures for measuring the emission of harmful substances into the air from stationary sources

The draft regulation lays down the requirements for measuring instruments used for continuous internal measurements and periodic internal measurements:

- the original certificate (report) to verify the operational integrity of measuring instruments, as the requirements of EN 14181 (QAL1, QAL2 and АST) must be observed for continuous internal measurements;

- a certificate (report) for electromagnetic compatibility issued by the manufacturer of the respective device, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance on the essential requirements and conformity assessment relating to electromagnetic compatibility;

- a certificate for integrated quality management system according to EN ISO 9001 of the manufacturer of the measuring instruments;

- a certificate of initial calibration issued by the manufacturer;

- a calibration certificate issued by an accredited laboratory which has a certificate issued by a national accreditation body, is signatory to the Multilateral Agreement on European Co-operation for Accreditation or is a full member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation.
