Implementing Decree amending Implementing Decree No 377/2013 on the
storage and use of fertilisers, as amended by Implementing Decree No
131/2014

Ministry of Agriculture Implementing Decree No 377/2013 on the storage and use of fertilisers establishes new conditions for the stipulation of how aerial application of fertilisers and auxiliary substances is reported The amendment introduces hygienic requirements for the cultivation of fruit and vegetables in order to prevent possible microbial contamination and to further specify restrictions on application doses when using ash on farmland.
