Order amending the Order of 31 March 2011 on the technical regulation pursuant to Decree No 2009-643 of 9 June 2009 concerning authorisations granted pursuant to Law No 2008-518 of 3 June 2008 on space operations

In order to obtain authorisation to launch a space object into outer space, have one launched by a third party or ensure the control thereof in orbit, space operators must be able to provide proof that the systems and procedures of the space operation being undertaken comply with the technical regulation laid down by an order of the Minister for Space on 11 March 2011.

This order lays down the components of the technical dossier and the documentation to be provided in order to launch and control a space object as well as manage its return to earth.
