Draft Cabinet Regulation amending Cabinet Regulation No 624 of 3 November 2015 laying down requirements for the quality, classification and labelling of fruit jams, preserves, jellies, marmalades and sweetened chestnut purée

The draft Regulation clarifies the dry matter content in jam and adds a new provision which allows for the use of sweeteners to fully or partially replace sugar during the manufacturing process.
