Suitability of the exclusions in the scope of the energy saving basic document DB-HE with the wording of Directive 2010/31/EU of 19 May 2010 on the energy performance of buildings, and specific amendment in the health DB-HS of ventilation levels, which will be adjusted according to the levels of CO2 that exist in housing to ensure its correlation with the certification of the energy performance of buildings (Royal Decree 235/2013).
