The Draft of Technical Regulation approves the maximum limit values of volatile organic compounds in certain paints and varnishes products and establishes the requirements for the labeling of this product, which is placed on the market. The regulation applies only to architectural paints and paints used in the repairing of motor (non-railway) vehicles. The validity of this Technical Regulation extends to products listed in Annex 1.
