Turkish Food Codex Communique On Drinking Milks.
This Communiqué covers drinking milks. It does not cover the raw milk. The Communiqué specifies the characteristics of drinking milk in order to produce, store, transport and market hygienically and in accordance with the technique of drinking milk.
