The notified draft Common Market Group Resolution No. 03/17 approves the MERCOSUR Technical Regulation on the labelling of textile products and repeals Common Market Group Resolution No. 33/07. The Technical Regulation provides consumers with an instrument that ensures clear and accurate descriptions of the composition of textile products, fabric size and weight (grammage) and yarn count, as well as instructions in relation to the treatment, cleaning and care of such products throughout their useful life.
