Draft Philippine National Standard: Guidance For Risk Management Options in Light of Different Risk Assessment Outcomes

This Guidance Document, intends to provide guidance to food safety regulatory agencies on the appropriate risk management options based on decisions of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) and national situation and trade. It covers risk management options to address food and feed safety concerns related to the primary production, processing, storage and distribution of fresh, primary processed and processed commodities intended for human consumption.
