These regulations prescribe the requirements for regulations of non-alcoholic beverages containing caffeine, guarana, glucuronolactone, taurine, ginseng, inositol, canitine, B-vitamins, and other similar substances from herbal and other origins that acts as stimulants. These regulations cover the composition, labelling, preservatives, packaging storage condition of formulated caffeinated beverages.
