This legislation prescribes animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof, and for the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals. It also prescribes rules on the Internet-based information page so that information on aquaculture operations and authorized processing facilities can be accessed electronically. These Amendments lay down rules on an Internet-based information page to be established by Montenegro to make information on aquaculture production businesses and authorised processing establishments available by electronic means for: aquaculture production businesses keeping fish; aquaculture production businesses keeping molluscs; aquaculture production businesses keeping crustaceans; authorised processing establishments slaughtering aquaculture animals for disease control purposes.
