Technical regulation of the characterization, production and sales presentation of fruit and/or berry wine, fruit and/or berry wine-based drinks and cocktails is designed to define and classify fruit and/or berry wines, fruit and/or berry wine-based drinks and cocktails and to set ethyl alcohol and sugar quantities for various fruit and/or berry wine categories. Moreover, regulation outlines other important indicators. In addition, raw materials used for the production, manufacturing technology and labelling requirements are presented.

Regulation shall be binding upon all legal entities of the Republic of Lithuania that are engaged in production and sales of fruit and/or berry wines, fruit and/or berry wine-based drinks and cocktails.
