The proposed amendment seeks to:
1. Establish and revise the methods of egg washing and storage temperature requirement for shell eggs;
2. Establish a provisory clause on the set point of shelf life of shell eggs;
3. Modify phrase to clarify the set point of shelf life for mixed or simple processed products;
4. Permit the distribution and sale of defrosted cheese and butter;
5. Revise the methods of egg washing and establish the standard of storage for industrial eggs;
6. Revise the standard of storage and usage for egg contents after egg breaking;
7. Prohibit the centrifuging and crushing methods to obtain egg contents;
8. Establish and revise the microbiological testing method;
9. Modify the wording related to 'industrial egg' in the standards and specification for livestock products.
