This regulation sets certification procedures for cellular telephone, computer handheld and table conducted by laboratory testing or document evaluation (Self Declaration of Conformity) .

The Self Declaration of Conformity is based on the test report from Laboratories recognized by:

1.  Cellular Telephone Industries Association (CTIA) or Global Certification Forum (GCF);

2.  Testing laboratories assigned or recognized by The Directorate General of Postal and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Resources and Equipment; or

3.  Testing laboratories supervized by Directorate General of Postal and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Resources and Equipment.
