Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Import and Export Food Safety (draft)

The notification introduces the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Import and Export Food Safety (draft)", which are based on the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other food safety related regulations. The measures contain six chapters and 57 articles, including general principles; supervision and management of foods for import; supervision and management of foods for export; risk warning; legal liability; and supplementary provisions. They apply to inspection, quarantine and safety supervision and management of foods for import and export.
