It approves the Targets that addresses the Energy Efficiency Index for air conditioners complementing the Specific Regulations of air conditioners,contemplated in the Interministerial Ordinance MME/MCTIC/MDIC 323, 26 May 2011, in compliance with the provisions of art. 2, of Law 10.295, 17 October 2001, that the maximum levels of specific energy consumption to machines and appliances manufactured or marketed in the country based on the relevant technical indicators.
