Buses

The proposed amendment of Chapter 4, § 17 a, first paragraph of the Road Traffic Ordinance means that an articulated bus with more than one articulated section, and a bus with a trailer for the conveyance of passengers, may be 24 metres long. The amendment of the third paragraph is solely of an editorial nature.

The proposed amendment of Chapter 4, § 20, first paragraph of the Road Traffic Ordinance means that buses with more than one articulated section must not be driven at a speed exceeding 60 km/h. The proposed amendment of the third paragraph in the same section means that, likewise, buses with a coupled trailer for the conveyance of passengers must not be driven at a speed exceeding 60 km/h.
