The proposed regulations and general advice concern technical requirements for licence holders when organising games on token machines. The parts of the concessions not governed by the Gambling Act or ordinances shall, together with the Swedish Gambling Authority's conditions, be converted into regulations. The regulatory framework will be clear and standardised and the proposed regulations and general advice will become a building block together with other regulations dealt with by the authority.

The proposed regulations include detailed descriptions of the functional requirements that shall apply to obtain a licence to organise games of chance on token machines.
