Gaming Premises Regulations, 2018

The Gaming Premises Regulations establish the requirements that must be satisfied by operators seekin to provide gaming services in premises in Malta, with different levels of restrictions imposed depending on the type of operation proposed. They also set out the procedures whereby such premises may be submitted to the Authority for approval.
