Order amending the Order on securing certain biological substances, means of delivery and related materials

The order concerns an amendment to Annex 1 to Order No 981 of 15 October 2009 on securing certain biological substances, means of delivery and related materials; see Order No 469 of 12 May 2017 amending the Order on securing certain biological substances, means of delivery and related materials. Said annex is amended so that it includes biological substances, means of delivery and related materials covered by export control arrangements under the Regulation setting up a Community regime for the control of exports of dual-use items and technology; see Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/2268 of 26 September 2017 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 setting up a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items.
