Implementing Decree on plant protection products and adjuvants

The draft implementing decree implements the provisions of the act relating to products and adjuvants and lays down

a) requirements for the form and arrangement of the information on the label and a sample product label,

b) requirements for packaging and labelling products for non-professional users,

c) fields of testing and the particulars for documentation on demonstrating capability to conduct trials and tests,

d) the maximum extent of trials and tests with unauthorised products and adjuvants for research and development purposes,

e) criteria for places where products or adjuvants are handled
during business activities in the scope of placement on the market,

f) the scope and method of storage of documents and records
concerning the marketing of products or adjuvants and concerning their
origin,

g) the circumstances under which the product constitutes a
significant risk for non-target organisms in the case of
non-professional use,

h) the extent of the documents demonstrating that the adjuvant meets the requirements for authorisation,

i) requirements for labelling adjuvants,

j) the record-keeping method for products and adjuvant used by professional users and

k) the methods of taking samples of products or adjuvants.
