The draft act stipulates that the authorities responsible for granting a permit to an entertainment venue or technical installation must issue, for events falling under the Burgenland Public Events Act [Burgenländische Veranstaltungsgesetz], a more detailed sticker displaying the exhibitor as well as the number and date of approval. This sticker shall be permanently affixed in a prominent place at the entertainment venue or technical installation.
