Ciders, perries and cider and/or perry-based drinks

Decree implementing Article L. 412-1 of the Consumer Code regarding ciders and perries

This draft decree is intended to replace Decree No 53-978 of 30 September 1953 and Decree No 87-599 of 29 July 1987 in order to adapt regulations to the diversification of the cider product market. It aims to adapt some of the existing sale names and value-enhancing indications, lay down new names and value-enhancing indications, remove certain names which are seldom or no longer used and clarify the conditions of use for water in the production of cider products.
