Act of ……… amending the Carinthian Building Code 1996, the Carinthian Building Regulations

and the Carinthian Lift Act

The Carinthian Building Law was last comprehensively revised in 2012. Experience gathered since that time and changes in the construction industry will now be incorporated in a broader adaptation of the Carinthian Building Law. Ambiguities will be removed and deregulation increased. Lastly, the Carinthian Lift Act will refer to the Lift Safety Regulation 2015 [Aufzüge-Sicherheitsverordnung 2015 – ASV 2015] for the purpose of creating a uniform technical standard for lifts.
