Fire extinguishing equipment for certain ‘M’ establishments as set out in fire safety and anti-panic regulations in establishments open to the public

Order amending the Order of 25 June 1980 approving general fire safety and anti-panic regulations in ‘M’ establishments open to the public (retail stores, shopping centres)

The aim of this order is to re-establish the obligations concerning fire protection equipment in ‘M’ establishments of category 1, 2 and 3 where the retail space does not exceed a maximum surface area of 3 000 m2.
