Draft Decree amending Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development Decree No 36/2006 of 18 May 2006 on the licensing, storage, distribution and use of crop-enhancing substances

The amendment eliminates unnecessary and redundant information from the labels and accompanying documents of fertilisers, since it will be sufficient to indicate nutrients in one (elemental or oxidation) form.

In the future, it will no longer be necessary to include a warning about use for actual needs and avoiding overdose on the packaging, labels and accompanying documents of micronutrient fertilisers because the label contains the specification of use that must be complied with.
