Act of ............. amending the Carinthian Slot and Gaming Machines Act
In addition to the Fourth Money Laundering Directive – Directive (EU) 2015/849 – the draft Act makes it possible to replace the gambler card required for gaming machines with biometric identification methods, provided these are equivalent and meet certain technical requirements.
