Draft ministerial decree on amendments and additions to Annex A to Presidential Decree No 340 of 24 October 2003, as amended, on safety guidelines for roadside LPG distribution facilities for motor vehicles

The notified draft decree consists of two articles, respectively establishing:

- Article 1: amendments to the current technical regulation for fire safety at roadside LPG distribution facilities for motor vehicles, with a view to regulating the refuelling of vehicles equipped with LPG heating systems;

- Article 2: the entry into force of the decree on the 30th day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic.
