Order of the State Secretary for Infrastructure and the Environment amending the Environmental Management (Activities) Order and the Environmental Law Order with respect to adjustments to private documents (update of NEN and Publication Series on Hazardous Substances [PGS] 15, 29, 32 and 35) and the update of Annex 13

Article I may contain technical regulations.

The Environmental Management (Activities) Order [Activiteitenregeling milieubeheer] contains general standards with which establishments must comply and refers to the PGS guidelines in several places for further details. The annex to the Environmental Law Order [Regeling omgevingsrecht] contains a list of documents regarded as Best Available Techniques (BAT) documents. These are to be taken into account when granting permits. The amending order adjusts the regulations in the Environmental Management (Activities) Order and the Environmental Law Order to the updated standards and BAT documents. Moreover, a number of minor amendments are also made to the regulations for other activities. Said amendments do not contain any new technical regulations.

The mutual recognition clause of Article 1.3 of the Environmental Management (Activities) Decree [Activiteitenbesluit milieubeheer] applies to provisions relating to goods, declarations of verification or professional requirements.
