Services provided by platforms providing contact services by electronic means with a view to selling goods, providing a service or exchanging or sharing goods or services

The draft decree establishes:

- the threshold turnover achieved on the platform by self-employed workers, beyond which the obligations of the platform apply;

- the maximum cover provided by the platform in respect of the workplace accident contribution schedule to which the self-employed worker is subscribed;

- the conditions for management of a recognition of prior learning (RPL) validation process, for the ancillary costs and compensation for the self-employed worker's loss of revenues
