On-demand audiovisual media services

Decree amending the Decree concerning on-demand audiovisual media services

The draft Decree specifies that, under Decree No 2010-1379 of 12
November 2010 concerning on-demand audiovisual media services, the
contribution of an on-demand audiovisual media service to the
development of the production of audiovisual works may be pooled with
television services pertaining to the same group.

This pooling is thus implemented under the conditions provided for
in Decree No 2010-747 of 2 July 2010 relating to television services’
contribution to the production of cinematographic and audiovisual works
broadcast terrestrially and Decree No 2010-476 of 27 April 2010 relating
to the cinematographic and audiovisual contribution of television
service producers and to producers of radio services distributed by
networks not using frequencies assigned by the French Higher Audiovisual
Council (CSA).
