This document announces the Agency's receipt of an initial
filing of a pesticide petition requesting the establishment of a tolerance for residues of
the herbicide 2,4-D in or on cotton, gin byproducts at 1.5 parts per million (ppm), and
cotton, undelinted seed at 0.8 ppm.
