Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Fermented Milk Products
The objective of this Communiqué is to determine the product
specifications in order to provide the production, preparation, processing, packaging,
conservation, storage, transportation and marketing of fermented milk products in
conformity with the relevant technique and hygienically.
