The Food of Drug Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, proposes to amend the content of usage precautions for hair dyes, in order to ensure safety of hair dye products for human health and to comply with global cosmetics trends. Those who hold import licenses for cosmetics (hair dyes) containing medical, poisonous or potent drug(s) are required to revise the content of labels, leaflets or packages in accordance with the proposed amendment.
