Working Standards for Environmental Agent Permit Application and Issuance (Draft) (40 page(s), in Chinese)

The Working Standards for Environmental Agent Permit Application and Issuance was adopted on 21 July 2006, and subsequently amended on 4 December 2009 and 13 June 2013. The Environmental Protection Administration is proposing amendments to streamline the actual practices, with a focus on the procedural processes, starting from application, review, approval, issuance of permit, rejection of application, etc. The structure of the working standards and the order of Articles are therefore adjusted. Other amendments include extension of validity period for products of environmental sanitation agents (technical grade), testing specifications for natural insect repellents for environment, management of chemical repellents for human use, etc.
