Notice of Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture Decision No. 62297 dated 15 November 2016 (15/2/1438 H), entitled "Temporary ban of importation of cattle originated from Racha-Lechkhum and Kvemo Svaneti in the Republic of Georgia"

Following the OIE report, Ref. No. 45, Vol. 29 dated 8 November 2016, which indicates that a Lumpy Skin disease outbreak has occurred in Georgia, it is deemed necessary for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to prevent the entry of the disease into the country. Therefore, the importation of live cattle from Racha-Lechkhum and Kvemo Svaneti, Georgia to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is temporarily suspended.
