National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, Draft "Genetically Modified Food Regulations 2017"

These regulations shall apply to foods which are to be delivered as such to the final consumer and which:

(a) contain or consist of GMOs; or

(b) are produced from or contain ingredients produced from GMOs. These regulations cover food safety assessment before labelling, labelling, traceability, genetically modified organisms labelling database.
