Draft Commission Regulation (EU) amending Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for acetamiprid in certain products (Text with EEA relevance).

The proposed draft Regulation concerns the review of existing MRLs for acetamiprid in certain food commodities to consider the new toxicological reference values, which were recommended by the European Food Safety Authority and recently endorsed in the European Union.
