The notified draft Resolution establishes the mandatory phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Costa Rica of regulated articles associated with Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense - Tropical Race 4 (Foc-TR4) for:

A. Countries where Foc-TR4 is present; and
