The notified Technical Regulation establishes the health requirements to be met by used clothing packed in bulk, coming from outside the country, for customs clearance and marketing, in accordance with Law No. 7557 of 20 October 1995 "General Customs Law" and Executive Decree No. 33452-COMEX-MAG-H-GP-S of 15 June 2006 "Regulation of the Single Window for Foreign Trade System". It also establishes the sanitization conditions to which domestic used clothing must be subject in order to be marketed.
