Modifica Resolución 5.561 de 2012, que Establece Requisitos Fitosanitarios de Importación para Polen y otros Materiales Vegetales Reproductivos Destinado a Propagación, de Especies y Orígenes que Indica (Amendment to Resolution No. 5.561 of 2012 establishing phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Chile of pollen and other reproductive plant materials of certain species and from certain places of origin for propagation purposes)

Resolution No. 5.561 of 2013, establishing requirements governing the importation into Chile of pollen and other reproductive plant materials for propagation purposes, has been amended as follows:

1.  Addition to Article 1 of pollen of Helleborus spp. from European Community Member States, with the following phytosanitary import requirements:

 Species: Helleborus spp. Type of material: Pollen. Origin: European Community Member States. Requirements: No additional declaration.
