Modifica Resolución Nº 2.858 de 2008 que establece Requisitos Fitosanitarios para la Internación de Semillas de la Especie de Cultivo Industrial de los orígenes que indica (Amendment to Resolution No. 2.858 of 2008 laying down phytosanitary requirements for the importation into Chile of industrial crop seeds from certain places of origin)

The notified text amends Article 1 of Agriculture and Livestock Service Resolution No. 2.858 of 2008 laying down phytosanitary requirements for the importation into Chile of industrial crop seeds from certain places of origin, by adding the following place of origin and phytosanitary import requirements for the species Jatropha curcas:

•  SPECIES: Jatropha (Jatropha curcas);

•  ORIGIN: India;

•  Phytosanitary requirements: The consignment has been treated (specify the treatment in Section III of the phytosanitary certificate) for the control of Colletotrichum capsici or is from a nursery that was inspected during the active growth period and found to be free from Colletotrichum capsici.
