Natural or legal persons who manufacture, sell, acquire, import, export or store machines for the production of tablets and capsules, must, prior to carrying out any of these activities, register with the National Register of Chemical Precursors.

The above persons must submit, in the form of a sworn statement and under the category "Machine operator", a request for registration, or, where necessary, re-registration in the Register, in accordance with the prescribed forms.
