Order of the Minister of Agriculture, Rural
Development and Water Management "On some protective measures against the disease
Highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N8 in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Croatia,
Switzerland, Denmark and Israel "

This Order of the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development
and Water Management provides some protective measures against the outbreak of
Highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N8 disease in the regions indicated in point 4.
A ban has been placed on the imports of all live poultry, semen, embryos, ova and
by-products of poultry affected by Highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N8, from the
territories described in point 4, to the Albanian territory. In addition, the veterinary
certificate should guarantee their origin. The measures also consist in stopping the
import of unsterile biological materials originating from all live poultry, semen, embryos,
ova and by-products of poultry affected by Highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N8 in
the territories described below, to the Albanian territory.

1. Germany, in the regions of: Schleswig-Holstein (Plöner See,Plön);
2. Austria, in the regions of: Vorarlberg (Shore of Lake Constance);
3. Hungary, in the regions of: Csongrad (Fehér-tó);
4. Poland, in the region of: Zachodnio-Pomorskie (Lubczyna, Goleniow, Goleniowski);
5. Croatia, in the regions of: Vukovarsko-Srijemska (River Bidj, Cerje, Županja);
6. Switzerland, in the region of: Thurgau (Lake Constance, Kreuzlingen, Kreuzlingen);
7. Denmark, in the region of: East dhe West; and
8. Israel, in the region of: Hazafon.
