Draft Law amending Articles 10 and 20 of Law of the Republic of Lithuania No IX-325 on gambling

‘In the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, it is prohibited to advertise gambling, with the exception of gambling company names, trademarks and the types of gambling offered. If the specified information is placed on websites, there must be no redirection to another website. It is prohibited to publish any information related to gambling on websites that contain information for children and adolescents.’

‘When publishing information specified in paragraph 9 of this article, it is prohibited to provide any additional written, visual or audio information.’
