Act on cosmetic products
Article 3 1. The product information file referred to in Article 11(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, made available in accordance with Art 11(3) of said regulation, will be drawn up in Polish or in English.
2. Part B of the product safety report referred to in Article 10(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, made available in accordance with Art 11(3) of said regulation, will be drawn up in Polish.
